LiveZilla was great.....
LiveZilla was a great freeware. Since version 4, they have switched to a completely pay to use program. Over the last year and half, I have watched it go from completely free, to pay to use add on modules. The sad part is that one of the pay to use addon modules used to be included in the free LiveZilla. Version 4 is high cost per user. Not very feasible when there are many other support chats that are around the same price that provide more options.I do not recommend this support chat program to any of my clients anymore because of the high costs and poor support. I do not believe in providing my customers with a product that may change price substantially, this reflects bad on my business.

*Unable to download previous free versions
*Installation can be confusing for a novice user
*Slow support response time
*Real time monitoring - a bit slow and may take time for some visitors who have left the site to disappear from the list
*IP database - not always up to date, providing wrong visitor country to display
*Uses Java, which makes monitoring more than 3 sites a bit unfeasible on a normal PC.
*Support users who sign on later in the day, may not be seen by those online before them.
